FloCare Fluid Mattress Warranties
UltraFlo Pressure Relief Mattress Limited Warranty
Congratulations on purchasing a mattress that will give you or those in your care years of comfort and use. FloCare warrants to the original purchaser that the FloCare Pressure relief mattress will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from date of purchase. This is an unconditional warranty for the first two years. Thereafter, the original purchaser will be required to pay one-fifth (1/5) of the then current list price, multiplied by the number of years owned. The original purchaser is required to pay shipping and handling costs incurred to return the mattress or component. This warranty will become void if the mattress is set up improperly, or shows visible signs of improper neglect or careless handling or if the mattress cover has been cut, punctured, ripped or torn. The sole remedy under the above warranty, or under any implied warranties, is limited to, at FloCareís option, the refund, replacement or repair of the mattress upon return of the mattress to the address specified by FloCare at the time the claim is presented. All claims must be in writing and accompanied by the original law label and a copy of the original invoice. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to five years from the date of purchase. There are no other express warranties. In order to obtain the benefits under the foregoing warranty, customers will be required to provide proof of date of purchase. In no event shall FloCare be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether the action be based on warranty, mattress, or other economic losses. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of any implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
ContourFlo Pressure Relief Fluid Mattress Limited Waranty
