EXTENDED 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Granted by FLOCARE for AIRFRAME WATERMATTRESS Your AIRFRAME WATERMATTRESS has been manufactured using the highest quality materials and workmanship. It has been carefully inspected and found free of defects. The Provisions of this warranty apply only to the original owner of the products, so long as the warranty provisions remain in effect.

If your AIRFRAME mattress, or any part thereof, should appear defective within warranty period, locate the defect and attempt to repair the defect with the patch kit included with your mattress. If you are unable to repair the defect, mark defect with masking tape or felt marker and return mattress to dealer or nearest authorized repair facility within 21 days after mattress has been out of service. Freight cost to and from the repair facility must be prepaid by the mattress owner. proof of purchase and a copy of this warranty must accompany the mattress. If your are unable to locate the defect, there will be a shop charge of ten dollars ($10.00) per hour to locate and mark the defect for you. Then, at no charge to you, we will determine the nature of the defect and if the fault is ours, we will repair or replace it at our option, subject to the pro-rated charges set forth below.

Ten year warranty will be pro-rated as follows from date of purchase: During the first three years -- no additional charge. Next three years -- 50% of the manufacturers suggested retail price at the time of return. Four years thereafter -- 75% of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price at the time of return. If a watermattress is replaced, the replacement is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period dating from the purchase of the original water mattress. The warranty for commercial installations (such as hotels, motels or hospitals) is limited to six 6 months. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This warranty is additionally subject to the following conditions:

AIRFRAME WATERMATTRESS is used indoors in strict compliance with the instructions.
If the defect is a result of unreasonable use of the mattress or any of its component parts, or any abuse thereof, including failure to reasonably maintain the mattress, the provisions of this warranty shall not apply.
.The mattress is returned in compliance with the above, and found to be defective, the remedies set forth above shall be made by FLOCARE within a reasonable time, as defined by the standards and practices of waterbed mattress manufacturers.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty will last or the exclusion limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

An approved watermattress conditioner (for fiber filled mattresses if applicable) must be used and repeated as recommended by its supplier. A mattress pad must be used to protect the mattress. Keep this Warranty and your original sales slip for returns.
